| Job Description | POSITION: PRINCIPAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICERPOST: ONE (1) GRADE: NCCS 5 VACANCY NO: NCCS/5/2026 TERMS OF SERVICE: PERMANENT AND PENSIONABLE a. Duties and responsibilities i. Interpreting and implementing Human Resource management policies, strategies, regulations and guidelines; ii. Coordinating payroll administration, processing and Human Resource database management; iii. Implementing staff training and development programs; iv. Ensuring compliance with Human Resource management practices, policies, regulations and relevant government policies and guidelines on employee management and administration; v. Undertaking annual surveys on employee satisfaction (ESS), Work Environment Satisfaction (WES) and Training Needs Assessment (TNA); and vi. Undertake any other functions as may be lawfully assigned. |
